The Good Foundations, Inc. custom home design team works with all parties involved in the project. This approach allows us to maximize design goals within the given parameters of the residential design project. These parameters include budget, site conditions and spatial requirements or restrictions. Our team then considers your home design criteria as well as requirements based upon local codes, homeowner associations or architectural review boards.

Our team approaches our custom home design work with a customer service mindset. Although we are capable and skilled designers, we recognize that good design isn’t the only thing that will make us stand out from our competition. The client experiences our team provides are what truly set us apart.

We take a proactive approach to projects by anticipating pitfalls or hurdles so they can be addressed and resolved as early as possible in the project timeline. Surprises at the 11th hour are much more difficult to address and are less likely to have satisfactory outcomes.

We strive to keep our promises and don’t say we can achieve a custom home building goal unless we truly believe it is attainable. If we believe a requested goal is unrealistic, we will tell you and explain why. We then work together to come up with alternate solutions that are achievable.
