Keith was born in Pensacola and grew up in Michigan. He moved back to the Gulf Coast when he was given the opportunity to work for a local architecture firm. Keith received his Bachelor’s of Design with a Major in Architecture from the University of Florida in 2002.

Keith has expressed an interest in home design since childhood. His first exposure to construction, design, and architecture came from three years of architectural drafting while in high school. Keith formerly worked in the hospitality industry where he learned the social skills involved in waiting tables and bartending – these skills have served him well for his professional career and working with various types of clients.

Together with his wife Tonua, they have three daughters: Sierra, Aleena, and Evann – all of whom are smart, creative, and passionate about their talents.

In Keith’s downtime, he enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, sailing, traveling, cooking, collecting records, biking, craft beer and whiskey, as well as Fantasy Football.

Keith is a member of the Pensacola Beach Elks Lodge and an Ambassador for the Home Builder’s Association of West Florida.

Tonua grew up in Central Florida where she started her career in Orlando at an architecture firm after studying design and drafting. She relocated to Pensacola with Keith in 2006.

Tonua has had the opportunity to work alongside architects and engineers to provide service for commercial, education, government, municipal, hospitality, and healthcare clients throughout. She also has experience with electrical and telecommunication design, interior design, and construction administration.

In 2019, Tonua and Keith were given the opportunity to become sole partners of Good Foundations, Inc. and continue to build the residential business, expand project regions, and establish additional relationships with builders and developers throughout the Gulf Coast.

Since moving to the Gulf Coast, Tonua enjoys the beautiful beaches of Pensacola and the growing downtown and its neighboring districts. She spends her time raising two daughters alongside Keith, assisting with the Home Builder’s Association, being active in PTAs, cooking, bread-making, gardening, and visiting local breweries.

Tonua is an Ambassador for the Home Builder’s Association of West Florida.
