1100 E DeSoto

This 1913 East Hill charmer was brought back to life in 2020. We worked with Justin Daly Home + Design to provide a design that allowed this beautiful home to successfully command the corner as it once did throughout the years. A major part of this project was providing a design that worked with it being fully-gutted and taken down to the studs while maintaining the details and original architectural style. In addition to the renovation, a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom addition was included on the rear of the house along with an oversized garage.
